Where imperial worlds can range from enlightened utopias where humans, aliens, robots, and necrons live in total harmony and love to hellish fascist dictatorships resembling a combination of Nazi Germany and Pol Pot's Cambodia. But yes I also want warhammer fantasy back so I can build my delusional strigoi mad scientist-wizard who views himself as the chivalric saviour of the broken, the beaten, and the darned while even his allies, a few nearby human towns and a dwarfen mining colony, think he's insane but harmlessly so while his enemies, bandits, the forces of chaos, and every other vampire in the area, view him as a dangerous lunatic. His goal is to cure ghoulishness. Which is impossible but he will never give up and never surrender. Think Don Quixote, Nosferatu, and Doc Savage all mixed together. He leads his troops on the battlefield proper like a king of old . Striginay man his cannons, ghouls are his foot soldier, and maddened ghosts are his officers. He defends his domain and his lands as an aristocrat ough to and still remembers he is a prince though he is now humbled.
