I mean, her own post is a hedge against her own wrongness. If she actually believed the absence or presence of large gamete production was sufficient to determine whether or not someone was a woman she woild just say that. She has to ammend her statement as "belongs to the s*x class who produces large gametes" because she knows there are women who have no large gametes and never had large gametes
