Hello friendos I have returned from a short but involuntary break.
It has done me good and the meds seem to be doing their job without making me numb and lazy this time.
The reason I stopped taking them last time was because I lost all motivation to work out and got quite disgustingly fat.
I've been killing it for the past 12 months with exercise including running, cycling and lifting and am absolutely shredded atm, so I am going to be very careful that I don't lose my gains because I'd rather be mental than fat.
How has everyone here been?
Have you heard Joe Biden dropped out of the Burger election. Mad.
