Reddit's a bit past rightoids not being allowed, it's at full-on eggshell-walking territory, and I'm not even referring to overzealous wingnuts like Merari. My 13-year-old main acc just got a perm(!) ban the other day for this comment, which was overturned within an hour. Dunno if the link works because the mods removed the comment but it's still visible on my comments page, so the admins left it up.
I'm starting to suspect my account has gotten so many overturned bans now that it's flagged to be immediately permabanned when anything I post is merely reported, without any oversight. They probably have a 3-strikes-you're-out system that doesn't take ban reverts into account - I've never had an account ban, permanent or temporary, not overturned.
