currently between neurodivergent fixations. i was on shiny hunting in pokemon earlier this year, then balatro. i was thinking id go slay the spire next but im waiting for it to be on sale. also been thinking of doing an xenoblade series replay as well but thats probably too much effort for me atm

Something that might transition
into IRL human interaction would be my recommendation. I don't expect religion to be your thing in the near future, but there are hobbies you can make friends through.
When I'm in the US I have a friend I go herping finding snakes
with and used to participate in colonial era reenactments in addition to volunteering with 12 step meetings/SMART Recovery and through Church. We're social creatures, sitting inside alone all the time isn't healthy for us mentally. I only started being this online when we moved abroad.

Why aren't you capable of irl socialization? Everyone is weird and awkward at times, you aren't so unique sweaty.
Try to be less self conscious about it.
Learning to be forgiving towards the shortcomings of those around you, and to appreciate and find value in genuine interaction won't happen overnight but it won't happen at all if you just play vidja in your room.

play pokemon fan games until the point where the particular game starts to suck then play a different one
I actually finished pokemon insurgence though, made it through the main story, tho there was post game stuff I didn't do because it started to suffer from fangame "this is my quirky OC" spam
pokemon uranium had a stupid difficulty hike in the middle where I quit because I didn't want to spend hours grinding EXP for a meh game, plus the titanic iceberg steel/ice fakemon was cringe and terrible
pokemon reborn was cool until halfway (? I have no idea how long the game actually is...) it got too much quirky OC'd for me but I really liked the battle gameplay and huge ghetto city
