"So that's like the supreme court saying there, if you have a law that says white applications only - this is a biological woman entrance only - it seems to me that this is quite parallel, you can't have a sign that says white people only can come into this restaurant"

I mean, it's fine to raise the question but I would ask why gender discrimination in general is considered legal then - why can't cis men go to these spas? "Punching up" is not going to stand up to any sort of legal scrutiny and gender is a protected class as well. Presumably the same rationales for discrimination apply to trans women.
