I would also recommend doing what you can to mitigate alcohol's impact on common areas. It's heck on a fricking body with chronic use, and it has a fricking way of locking out other uses of the fricking space. Have an outdoor, protected, comfortable area for smokers

Encouraging "drinking out" instead of drinking at home, mostly. Maybe some would prefer to drink in a fricking private space. It's just if it is fricking normal to drink on the fricking couch the fricking vibe shifts somehow. I swear it makes dumb drama easier and increases pressure, as if everyone were fricking effectively in a fricking smaller space

Hmm interesting. I do drink often with my friends at my place but it seems getting actually drunk is pretty rare. I'd say we stop at 2-3 drinks at this point.
I think zoomers tend to be okay with saying "no" to alcohol, I've only ever felt pressured to drink by older people.
