funny how even though its the same person in both panels but the eyes get bigger, brow ridge gets softer, jaw line gets narrower, shoulders are narrower, nose gets softer. crazy how powerful hrt is

Jaw line was not visible, shoulder is posture and weight loss, brow ridge is equivalent/obscured, eyes is stylistic

jawline changes angle quicker indicating narrower face,
the ridge is less angled in the woman frame indicating a less prominent ridge.
narrower eyes are an amab trait because of more prominent ridge/eye socket bones and male eyes are deeper set. wider eyes are generally a afab trait. the punchline of the comic is its the same emotion, so the eyes got bigger anatomically, not because of expression. stylistically or not, its anatomical.
plus the eyebrows are higher.
Females have a straighter smaller forehead forehead, males slope as well, both seen in the different pics.
interestingly the noses are the same size, but the woman presenting frame is more pointed (another anatomically female trait) and thinner line weight so as to be softer.
posture maybe, still looks a lot wider but ok

When you edit out the hair it's easier to see what you mean about the eyebrow and putting the faces next to eachother helps with the eye region too
