how long does it take to transfer like 400gb of roms from the steamdeck internal storage to a microsd
i was gonna make a thread all gushing like gee whiz that was easy, you literally just press Y to format the card and then click Migrate and even a luddite r-slur like me was able to figure this out, another massive dub for deckchads
but then i clicked Migrate about 20 minutes ago and

if the files are on your puter, transfer them from there?

I've now got the thing propped against a wall with the case holding the right joystick pushed so it won't go to sleep
Hopefully it's finished before I go to bed tonight because my dumb butt set this up on the bedroom floor and it was a huge pain and I don't want to have to rejigger it in another room

yeah i guess in the future just keep backups on the computer.
then do transferring there.
then you can just delete shit off the deck instead of having to move it.
Like the port on the steamdeck is prob just slow. That's why its not going the speed the thing is rated.
Like how some usb ports are usb2 or usb 3 or thunderbolt
