how long does it take to transfer like 400gb of roms from the steamdeck internal storage to a microsd
i was gonna make a thread all gushing like gee whiz that was easy, you literally just press Y to format the card and then click Migrate and even a luddite r-slur like me was able to figure this out, another massive dub for deckchads

The problem is it's a 2230 length (not full size 2280. and those cap out at 2TB right now. Plus the one it comes with only has chips on one side of it, idk if that's a limitation but depending on how tightly it's squeezed in there a two-sided drive might not fit.
He could still double it to 1TB at minimum though

only for stuff like photos or music, no way you'll be able to play games off it that are big enough that moving them off the device makes sense
And they're so unreliable that as backup they don't make sense either since they die so fast

roms get heavy quick for home consoles, but faster speeds aren't really needed since they ran on CDs/shit cartridges which have abysmal read speed
