i got really annoyed cause i ganked
the first survivor npc i saw, but the instant i smacked him a 2/5 star wanted level appeared and a couple palcops 
teleported on top of me (they are lv24 im lv 2. and immediately gunned me down 
i thought this was a wilderness survival game turns out it takes place in a surveillance state
. really takes me out of the immersion.
