Why is there no steam tags for aesthetics or art style?

I mean technically there is I think colorful is a tag but like why not have

Prerendered Backgrounds

Painting

Colorful

Dark

Abstract

Cel Shaded

Papercraft

Sketch

I know this is also basically up to interpretation. Also I think cel shaded is actually a real tag so this is extra annoying to me. I would fricking drown a puppy for a prerendered background tag. There's like HUNDREDS of games ported from the ps1 less than a hundred reviews how the frick do I find them without this tag?
