and Myst? 
So I picked up Outer Wilds 
and it's pretty good. The fanbase is a little annoying what with the I CAN'T TELL YOU ANYTHING BUT IT'S THE BEST GAME EVER 
but it's still a solid puzzle game. I personally thought of it as Myst with space physics 
I'm a fan of Fire Emblem and Undertale so I'm used to ignoring terrible fandoms 
Another game I liked is Subnautica but what I specifically liked was the exploration and figuring out the story. I only tolerated the survival crafting.

I love the games you mentioned. I'll recommend a few since we seem to have similar tastes.
Have you tried Hollow Knight? It's got exploration and narrative unraveling in spades, and is also the best Metroidvania I've ever played (tied with Super Metroid)
La Mulana could also be up your alley, it's another one of my favorite games. Anyone who plays it seems to either absolutely adore it or utterly despise it, there isn't much in-between.
Some of the puzzles are ridiculous though; very few people seem to be able to beat La Mulana without looking at a guide.
