Small relative to the driver, grill design, headlight and signal light shape and location. Looks like it's got sealed beams, which became fairly uncommon by the late 80s in the US.. Reminds me of an early fourth generation B-series.

Yeah they were an option on the E-series too, if you were cheap, and same with the Astro cargo until it went out of production in 2005. There might be others, too, but generally only on barebones utility/work vehicles and most of them had a more stylish option available if you wanted to pay for it.
