Iksar Monks had low level Sneak which worked from behind NPC's. You could Feign Death behind an NPC and go into Sneak to do quests for them. I used this to grind reputation in the major "Good" cities. My Iksar could run through most parts of town(some guilds still hated me) with no problems.
