San andreas is still the best gta they've made.
But still, I remember walking into the local lan shop when gta 4 came out and asking the guy playing it just to ram into civilians so that I can see the ragdoll physics.
Blew my mind at the time with how realistic it seemed compared to vice city/san andreas, loved that game.
It had a very good start with making you cozy in your hood with all the poorcel shops and stuff, the story nosedived after they burned down your apartment tho.
