Tried to take my friends/dates to see katt williams and Ricky gervais a couple different times until I learned that's not a place you can do your "activities" with the NPCs. What's the fricking point of the comedy club?

I thought the whole purpose was "fine I don't wanna fricking do anything with Roman but I guess watching a two minute set wouldn't be too bad if I have to.". But no I have to go to the comedy club by myself.
