If you just spam the jellyfish glyph in any galaxy you'll be within 5000 LY of the center
The process is just use chart to locate monolith, use monolith to locate portal, spam jellyfish, approach center, fill tank, go through center, repeat but repair ship so it can handle another galaxy hop
