It's not an rpg? At all? It's literally a goofy open world few city blocks where you do bizarre missions and go nuts with hundreds of minigames and the actual gameplay is a fighting game.
This isn't a cutscene. Midway through K2 you fight two tigers because some jackass wants to stop you after you punched your way through hundreds of other dudes. Then you beat his butt too.
