I care because I'm a PAYING CUSTOMER, you frick. Do they even know what a paying customer IS?! It means my own work hours pay for my products, not my parents' credit card, you children. So yes, I DO care about the quality of products I purchase and consooooooooooom.
When a company releases a blatantly shit product, the customers deserve to clown on them for it. Asking "why do you care?" shows you are 100% business-illiterate and should have all of your credit and debit sources frozen (and given to me).
