Both were Kino and make me wish Rockstar would stop pimping GTA online so we could get more short and sweet single player DLCs.
Lost and the Darned probably had better characters/story, but it also felt like you were downgrading your arsenal for biker aesthetic purposes, especially playing it after you finished the main story.
Gay Tony was much more shameless and maximalist with even better guns, vehicles, and shiny shit
