Wheelchair characters seem to be some sort of woke holy grail for some companies. I was involved in 2 different projects where the writing team desperately wanted to put the player character in a wheelchair, and we're talking about actual action games here, with level design that didn't support that at all. This is what happens when you let women write for games.

I once ran a D&D oneshot where all the PCs were in wheelchairs in a dungeon and my entire job as a DM was to tip them out repeatedly :marseyrapscallion: listening to 4 guys trying to figure out how to scale a rock face without using their legs was top tier
