Anyone else feel G*mergate 2 right around the corner?

I know it usually gets bad during an election year but this feels different.

It's a little over mid-2024 and we've had

Another "g*mergate" would require a conspiracy involving g*mer journ*lists and a whore using their platforms to tell off a bunch of neurodivergents.

Right now g*mer journ*list are dying to chatgpt and g*mer millennial devs are dying to burn out and a lack of market momentum for the shit they're making to sell.

Twitter is no longer left heavy in terms in visibility, so they no longer have the advantage of dominating headlines with their talking points.

2016 was their peak and its been going downhill for them since then.

So no, instead the next "culture war" I think is going to be g*mers vs corpos with the "stop killing games" campaign against GaaS. Will it succeed? I doubt it. :#marseysal:
