I don't think it works on the Xbox browser, not sure.

Fallout 4 has limited mod support on console, a bunch of mods are not supported, London being the big recent example.

Xbox has a full fledged Chromium-based browser on it. The biggest reason the reason Fallout 4 on console has less mods is that the console community acted like such entitled jackasses that no one wants to even make mods for them anymore.
