Didn't obsidian create Fallout Neo Vagina, the best game ever according to rdrama polls? I thought it's Outer Worlds then that's supposed to be better of the two?

You are assuming game studios stay good for longer than a short few years. No one responsible for how good New Vegas is works there anymore.
