I tried summarizing them but didn't do a good job and descended into partial headcanon stuff so it's probably better if I just link it. They're basically short summaries themselves anyway. Pokemyths 1 through 5 are all creation myths. The Typhlosion r*pe is further down the page.

Mixture of lore from above and connections that border on headcanon but are somewhat grounded

Arceus hatches creating the universe. The fragments of her egg turn into "Giants"/"Titans" which attack her immediately. She defeats them and turns them into the type plates (see gen 4 descriptions), curses Regigigas (the only survivor of them) with Slow Start (it's not an ability since Slow Start afflicted him in Legends Arceus which had no abilities meaning it has to be something else). The normal type plate is a "blank plate" link that's held by Regigigas rather than the descriptions the others have which lends more credence to this.

Some of the lore made it into the Gen 4 games when you find the plates -

"When the universe was created, its shards became this Plate."

"The power of defeated giants infuses this Plate."

"Two beings of time and space set free from the Original One."

"Three beings were born to bind time and space."

"Two make matter and three make spirit, shaping the world."

"The Original One breathed alone before the universe came."

"The powers of Plates are shared among Pokémon."

"The rightful bearer of a Plate draws from the Plate it holds."
