I'm a pro-union libtard and the idea that someone can't be critical of a colleague's output without being a corporate stooge is one of the most r-slurred things I've heard all week.

Can you be critical of a colleague's output in this sort of union situation, though? I get that it could theoretically work, but in practice, wouldn't you immediately be outcast for "siding with management over the union"? I'd be scared of word getting back to my union bosses that I wasn't showing enough solidarity.
