The blogpost actually undersells how bad it is. The notes aren't ambiguous. Those are really in-game documents, written in the fictional world by fictional characters. It's just that the thoughts and remarks of the fictional characters are legitimately indistinguishable from real-world DEI coordinators taking notes about a meeting with the writing team. People confused them with development notes because the characters are so exactly similar to DEI drones, it was not possible to tell them apart.
