Any UV stable epoxy. Going to be hard to find one you don't have to spend $250 buying in bulk.

That appears to be more like a tape, which won't seal properly on this edge.

I may have to bake the light open and coat it or something.

That was the wrong link sry, meant to link to acrylic adhesives cartridges.

V-groove it to 90% depth with a brand new acute cone carbide burr on a dremel. There's no other way to get a proper bond in a crack. If you try disassembling it you will only create new leak paths.
