I can't describe how disappointed I was when finally got to try absinthe and it just gets you drunk like any other liquor and finding out the stories of people hallucinating were propaganda to make it look bad.

Same with Tequila, but people still insist it makes them drunker

instead of the fack they always get it in shots after drinking beer or other drinks first
