"Mighty" is a startup that will sell you a subscription to stream your browser from a supercomputer instead of running it on your own PC. It is as r-slurred as it sounds.
The idea is that instead of making a browser with sane resource usage and forcing webdevs to learn to code they can allow the hellish cycle of Andy and Bill's law to continue for a few more decades while pocketing that sweet sweet subscription revenue. Game developers, having one of the few jobs that require writing performant code, have always been jealous of webdevs for getting all the clout and money while churning out unusable garbage. Predictably, they start frothing with rage making tweets such as:

the only use-case I can think of is VR, but then the delay is probably enough to make you feel sick, so the only option is VR where you're not moving at all

Not even. Standalone VR headsets (quest 2) handle high res VR videos with no problem at all already, so idfk how it would be used for VR.

I got a quest 2 as a gift and have barely used it but it's definitely not what I'd call high res, putting the same bandwidth into vr massively reduces the effective resolution. 4k video looks like 720p imo

None of them, that's the point. The server with the 3080 is doing all the computations to run the game, and your shitty laptop from 2010 isn't doing any more work than it would need to do to watch a 4k video.
