I see the "it says a lot about them that it could be real" argument made, but I don't think it's a good postion to defend. False. No such headline was published by CNN reporting that a parent who tried to protect their children at Rob Elementary School during the mass shooting in May 2022 was arrested and has been sentenced. The image is fabricated.

So the image is fabricated but they didn't debunk that a woman had actually been sentenced to prison.
