Here's basically what happened:
Rightoid lawyer makes a video about Keffals providing gender affirming healthcare to trans kids
Trainsquad takes notice, mass reporting his video and getting him banned from Twitter
Trainsquad has the brilliant idea of submitting ethics complaints to the state bar where he is registered as a lawyer
They don't bother to read the complaint form, and the rightoid lawyer receives a copy of each complaint along with information about the complainer
Rightoid lawyer posts all the complaints on his website, causing many locomotive accidents

I mean they set out to destroy his life, or at minimum, take his livelihood away from him, the fact that he's now able to do the same to them seems pretty poetic to me. I hope he fricks them with only the smallest amount of lube.
