yeah if they did that I'd file a chargeback and lose my account. lol I've had my paypal since the 90s, but I'll drop their butt if they tried to do that. They can send me to collections and I'll tell them to kiss my butt.

They won't charge it to anyone's card on file, because everyone would charge it back. They'll only do it to ecommerce people who hold a balance in their paypal account for buying and selling.

Well that's just great. I'm glad they're discriminating against people who actually use paypal for its intended purpose. I'm sure that'll really help their business.
