I don't see how the judge was subverted he was given every opportunity to have a fair trial he just shit all over the process. Courts hate that. The jury determined the damage amounts too

This is honestly such a weird take to me. What do you think the establishment has to do with these families? Or the court? There's absolutely no evidence that anyone's put any pressure on anyone and tons of evidence from Alex's own mouth that he harassed and defamed these families for a decade.

He was the first to be deplatformed too. If you do a wrong think when you have a stage, you will be sued into oblivion. It’s the same with everything else, you’re only chance at justice is getting a non subverted judge in a neutral venue. If they really wanna frick you they get you in DC where there is no chance of a fair trial. A republican is now suing Jones’ for his election fraud claims in TX. It’s not a partisan thing, anyone that goes against them in any sort of meaningful way will be shut down imo.

You're conflating a whole bunch of things here without any sort of causal links. This was a state judge not appointed by Biden. He wasn't sued for wrong think he was sued for a decade-long campaign of harassment and defamation. He spent 5 years pooping all over the legal process to the point that he got multiple default judgments from multiple different judges in different states and districts. That's actually really hard to do and you have to be a real shitbird to do it. And having watched the Texas depositions he absolutely deserved the default judgments.
If you really think he doesn't I encourage you to go to YouTube and look up Alex Jones depositions and watch all of his depositions in Texas and all of the other Infowars depositions. Do some reading up on "corporate representative" their roles and duties within a lawsuit before you do.
This wasn't the deep State taking down Alex Jones. This was the families of dead kids who were harassed and defamed and decided to sue Alex Jones to try to get it to stop. Alex Jones continued to defame them during the trial. Video of Alex Jones defaming them during the trial were played during the trial. It's not a conspiracy.
He deserves all of this.

I’m a bit biased bc sandy hook did seem fake and straight. But regardless you shouldn’t do what Jones did without iron clad proof.

I'm actually against the deplatforming of people like Jones. Obviously I don't like the lies but he's right when he says that it's good to question things. He ran into the problem of making declaratory statements without proof. But I can also admit that there's plenty of other media that does the same thing and isn't always punished for it like they should be.

I know he didn't get a trial. He was given the opportunity for one and he shit on the process. Three separate judges in three separate districts and two separate states gave him a default judgment for refusing to properly participate in Discovery.
If you think that's wrong tell me: in the TX case, what did Daria bring as corporate rep and what was she supposed to bring? If you can't answer this question then I don't want to hear even a hint of crying because it means you're r-slur that makes judgments about court cases based on what you read on social media.

Evey bit of evidence presented at the hearing was granted in discovery. Can you cite some discovery that wasnt presented? The man sat for more depositions and for longer than anyone in history.
As far as the corporate rep, he didnt have one (he filled that role) and the court demanded he produce one anyway, so he had to hire someone.
Lastly if discovery isnt produced the sanction is to assume the worst, not default. Judges should not be able to prevent you having a trial by jury, no matter what

Separately in the depositions the plantiffs lawyers insisted on asking questions like do you feel bad for earning 150 million on the backs of dead kids, yes or no, how the frick do you answer that. This is actually the central point. Alex Jones and Free speech systems withheld information that showed that they directly financially benefited from their Sandy Hook coverage.
