It has taken a long time and much work, but I can finally prove that social media brain rot is a thing.

The younger millenials, the zoomers and whatever is coming next are fricked. Anybody who grew up addicted to a screen, and olds who can't look away from their right wing twitter feed are beyond help.

It's just wasted generations.
