I was talking to a 16yo girl in a ... bad situation once. They had just come back from a hold after overdosing on Xanax. They talked about how a โtrnny touched my tittyโ (exact words used) among lots of other stuff. They also didnโt really go to school and spent most of their time playing Minecraft and other video games with literal internet nzis. And was groomed at age 14 on the internet on groomercord into standard s*x RP stuff. anyway mental hospitals clearly didnโt cause any of those problems but they certainly did not help. Neither did the psychiatrist who put her on three different drugs. The overdose was, IIRC, intentional for suicide.
She had clearly bonded with another guy in the g*mer group as a father figure, which was creepy. She played Minecraft maybe ten hours a day most days. Sheโs just do menial the guy asked her to do for hours and hours straight. One of the guys in the group convinced her to screenshare her DMs from years ago with the guy who groomed her. Other girls were convinced by these dudes to cut symbols in their arms just for giggles. Specifically as a fetish thing. She played along with the nazi thing, idk if she believed it or not. The group also had several drug addicts

If ur rich go to farmers market and buy meat and veg and fruit there and cook it urself.
If poor, buy potatoโs and rice and whole grain (darker is better) and cheap meat/fish and fruit and veg at local store, try to get better quality / organic but only if priced equally to cheap stuff, consider frozen and dried as it often costs less than fresh. The goal is to get fresh stuff that tastes just as good as the garbage ur eating. Which is doable actually.
