I think it was done by some r-slurred think-tank (Atlantic council I think?) funded art group...led by one of the execs there. I used to not understand why foreign countries/regimes hated NGOs so much. Like it's just a bunch of naive delusional white saviours right? But god now I get it, they are insufferable.
If I was an enemy of the US I'd rather deal with the CIA than with NGOs that are almost always glowies themselves anyways. & at least the drone strike raining laser guided AGMs on your wedding won't try to subvert your entire culture too.

NGOs are attention whores who get to LARP as legit for some reason, that's why its so infuriating. They'll say whatever for attention, they'll literally publish a single person's testimony as evidence and no one will ever point this out.
I remember this one report a year or so back about how 60% of upper castes refused food from lower castes or something. MSM reported on it, national subreddit was circlejerking. So I checked the actual report. 72% of lower castes stated they wouldn't let a lower caste cook them food. Seems odd now, check what the question was. 'Would you let a lower caste person you do not know enter your kitchen?'. So 'Will you let a stranger enter your kitchen.'. And the responses to that got reported as 60% saying they wouldn't eat anything cooked by lower castes.
That report has been living rent free in my head since.
