Part of the solution here imo is to use it to use it to say things that are a) true and b) non-controversial outside a certain sort of Very Online echo chamber. Whereas places like r/LoveForLandlords use a dozen or so layers of irony, I feel like thereโs a lot of potential here for people to stir things up with completely innocuous, anodyne comments.

Speaking of which, I've been thinking of a bait subreddit like r/CryptoFascism (currently taken but whatevs) the whole purpose of which is to have discussion about unrelated topics that are as hard as possible to interpret as being metaphorically fascist. Kinda like the opposite of frenworld and that HVAC sub which were about posting thinly veiled fascisms, here it's not even thickly veiled, the entire purpose is to make as sure as possible that there's nothing behind the veil, nothing that AHS can reasonably object to, so that they understand that they are being had in some way, but can't actually do anything about people sharing cabbage soup recipes on r/CryptoFascism. It does make fun of internet antifascist activists, but entirely on the metalevel, which hopefully isn't actionable by gigajannies.
The only problem, but oh boy is it a problem, is that y'all are r-slurred and will post thinly veiled fascisms. So then there must be a way of calling out thinly veiled fascisms. But then a comment reading fascist meaning into something entirely not fascist is a thinly veiled fascism itself, so we should be able to get rid of those, by means of comments calling them out? Idk, this seems very complicated and hard to into a self-correcting mockery machine that stays on the exact level of irony I want it.
