I exercise nearly every day, I eat very healthy, and I have an active job. I feel strong and sexy but I just left my dr office and he wants me to lose half my body weight. Frick I feel ugly. Now I have to go back onto a calorie tracker. Itβs going to trigger my eating disorder and Iβm going to hate my body again. Just when I was feeling good about myself...
this is what happens when we stop fat shaming people:
I donβt understand your point I know all the health benefits of losing weight which is why Iβm doing it Iβm just saying when I did weigh 120 pounds I hated the way I looked I had no curves I was in a cup and I had to wear a belt every time I put on jeans. Itβs OK to feel insecure about a drastic body change
When I was skinny people would always call me string green or weed girls at school and make fun of me having no chest. Then puberty hit me over the head senior year and I felt pretty for the first time in my life. I love my curves theyβre one of my favorite things about me and Iβm athletic and strong and I love my body
