People in the 50s-80s used to get the shit beat out of them and shoved into lockers. They sucked it up and waited until college or after graduation then moved on. Zoomers now either cry about it on the internet or shoot up their school. It's not hard to not get bullied these days. If that's happening to you in school at this point you deserve it

People still get bullied, problem is that teachers and most adults in general get way too involved with poor bullied children. So the bullied got weaker, and the losers feel empowered because adults are on their side. Teachers should only get involved if there is serious risk involved, not because someone called the class loser a gay butt nerd cute twink.
