Hmm, I have trouble believing that distributing NCP is just a straight-up crime now, it probably requires some element of intent to harass. Which would get tossed in the bucket of meritless "Kiwifarms has no purpose except harassment" complaints that never go anywhere. Josh is probably judgement-proof anyways.
