As you might have noticed rentoid problem has not found its solution yet. Rentoids seek to evade landlord's firm grasp and to do so they are ready to go as far as hide on top of a bunk bed where he can't reach even if he jumps.
Such behaviour is already exploited by smart Californian landlords as described here. These gentelmen offer a "pod" inside a space that looks like a barn. Human-hating communists in 1920s had the same idea, which means tankies would gladly eat it up. Alas, renting a "pod" in PodShare is actually expensive. But if a community of hardworking left-aligned redditors gathered together and constructed such a barn somewhere where land is cheaper they could co-live there, like Marx intended. They could also allow other proles live there, paying as little as cleaning and maintenance fee.
I suggest a name for such a "grassroot" movement: Bed Rental Accessible for Proletariat. As for subreddit I think r/BRAPBarn is a fitting name.
