Feature Request: Let Users See Who Pinned Which Posts

@Aevann I'm not a codejanny, this shouldn't be that complicated, right? Just change the tooltip from "pinned post" to "pinned by:"

Also, did you change how comments are sorted? Sorting by top no longer actually sorts by top. On my post the top comment with 90 votes is beneath comments with only 20 and 30 votes. Might be an issue just for me, tbh.
