I waste time on /r/instagramreality, I would recommend it for anyone who thinks pictures of anyone the internet are legit.

Re-imagine this foid standing for the camera like it's a DMV photo. If she stood up straight, it would be obvious this pic is all angles and clothing.

Her hips are not wide, but her thighs are slightly thick. Her hips/butt are tilted to the side while her legs are straight, making one hip/thigh appear more pronounced and her waist seem small by comparison.

The thigh-high socks make her lower legs tight and small until actual skin is revealed (upper thighs/hips). Since that skin isn't contained, it looks even bigger and more apparent.

She pulled her underwear up high above her hips, making her waist more obvious and her legs look longer. Since she is tilted/leaning, her waist then becomes more pronounced and in contrast, her upper thighs and hips/butt appear more rounded. This is aided by her hands/elbows/arms being drawn in close to hide any straightness in the torso.

She is knock-knee and pidgeon-toe posing, which makes her upper things/butt bump out more as a result. She is also squeezing her thighs outward towards the camera by placing one foot slightly in front of the other.
