It's alnost always bias. Homeless are the Romani/gypsy of America. Many Americans refuse to admit that the system failed many more than the "deserved" homeless, whatever tf that means but it's what people around here (WI) use to distinguish that homeless people are about the same as animals.

Way to get the Euros to start hating the homeless in America.
