If this is true, good for her. Eating disorders suck butt. The disordered behaviour around food tends to be a maladaptive coping method. Also, eating disorders are very common with those on the spectrum (usually AFRID but for women who are high functioning, they tend to be at even higher risk for anorexia or bulimia than the general population).

I do however, find it stupid she posted her photo with the post. Do people not realise reddit is public and everything you post their is archived by 3rd parties? With facial recognition tools being easily accessible online, I’d worry about some scumbag employer finding this and using it against me (if I were her).
