r/Drama's Prima Donna Porn Queen Supreme - The Rise and Fall of Jewdank.

All OG rDrama users know Jewdank. Much of this history has been bawwleeted, and some links are just impossible to find today, but hopefully this breakdown helps at least paint a picture of some of the history (re: bullshit) that constitutes our great community.

Jewdank was an internet porn actress that came to the attention of /r/Drama due to her "interesting" personality. She is notable for being one of the few people that /r/Drama made a moderator simply because they knew it would end horribly. She is also the beginning of the end for the subreddit as a whole.

I will not be posting any of her nudes or videos here as she clearly has attempted to wipe them from the internet and they really aren't worth looking at - this means you cannot post them here either, but we're all not stupid and yes you can find them if you google it (thanks for nothing google). If you absolutely want to know what she looked like, here is an old RoastMe thread she posted where the people of RoastMe couldnt even be bothered to Roast her and instead begged her to seek psychiatric help. I happen to think this is an awful photo of her and she was quite pretty.

Starting out as "GoddessJ" (suspended acct), Jewdank became a wildly popular regular in /r/Gonewild and the PAWG subs. Before the popularity of Onlyfans people had to use sites like Reddit to sell their snatches and Jewdank was very successful at doing so. The main key to her success was that she was an early adopter of photo manipulation software that allowed her to make her already attractive self into the best version of a woman (she mostly used it to remove a really embarrassing tattoo from her butt). This was before those fancy Chinese filters were ubiquitous and she was actually pretty fricking good at it so I have to give her credit for that.

While she was extremely successful with making everyone fall in love with her (manipulated) photos, Jewdank had a glaring fatal flaw - her personality. Jewdank was swiftly banned from /r/Gonewild for "vote manipulation" but it was really because she couldn't stop fighting everyone that had anything but absolute admiration for her. She quickly became a regularly posted fixture in SRD for being a BPD nightmare and much of her time on Reddit was spent spitting acid at anything and everyone that she felt slighted her to any degree. For some this was an attractive feature and a fan of hers created a subreddit for her, /r/Jewdank. The sub quickly gained 40k subscribers (that was big back then!) and would become her crowning glory as she was at that time one of the most successful porn actresses on Reddit.

Jewdank was posted to /r/Drama and SRD a multitude of times and while she was a notable curiosity, this was during the era when big hitters like Laurelai Bailey and Gallowboob were still topics of conversation so with that much noise there wasn't a large following behind Jewdank threads - that is until she got into two very viral/notable slapfights.

The first major argument was with another famous mess - Whitney Wisconsin - who was well known for making videos of her dog licking her kitty, posting photos to Reddit while she was of questionable legal age, and fisting herself in a mall bathroom then asking strangers to smell her hands. (She got arrested for that btw lol).

Whitney made an AMA post lying about how much money she made off of her videos and Jewdank's BPD insanity reared it's ugly head and they got into a legitimate slutfight about who is the more successful naked person (Jewdank's comments are the "deleted author" ones btw). The tldr is that she was jealous that Whitney made so much money off her depravity. This fight went semi viral on Reddit.

The second fight was with our very own @snallygaster. You see, Jewdank was only selling poon on the net because she was getting her Master's degree and she was very smart and once she was done getting her master's she was going to quit and be rich doing whatever it was she was studying. So during our 2015 Best Of Awards (which Jewdank was nominated) our beloved Snally had the audacity to point out that posting porn of yourself on the internet is bad if you ever want a real job and all heck broke loose. There is actually a full recap of that thread if you so wish to read it, and SRD also covered it extensively.

This brought Jewdank front and center to the attention of /r/Drama and Jewdank, surprisingly, seemed to enjoy it.

Smelling opportunity, (RE: attention) Jewdank began posting in /r/drama regularly and she was actually pretty okay with the bantz. You can imagine she was ridiculed endlessly but she didn't really seem to mind since that ridicule was intermixed with compliments about how hot she was. /r/Drama became a source of attention for Jewdank and she sucked up as much of it as she could get, often getting into slapfights with people that she felt didn't adore her as much as she thought she should be adored. Many SRD threads exist of these episodes, and many more exist in r/drama as by this time she had become the defacto top celebrity of the subreddit.

Seeing an opportunity to make things worse, the mods of /r/Drama made Jewdank a moderator. Jewdank immediately saw this as her big chance to make a big splash and Jewdank announced that she was going to Make A Funny Post (if you have a link to this SEND IT TO ME OMG).

Perhaps everyone was bored, or r-slurred, or who knows but the HYPE surrounding this "post" was insane. There was a subreddit wide fervor surrounding what she was going to post and this hype would be Jewdank's inevitable downfall, and unbeknownst to the /r/Drama mods, the downfall of the subreddit as well.

After many days, multiple "I'm not done yet" posts, and general HYPE - the big moment had arrived for Jewdank's coup d'é·tat post to be FINALLY made. This was the post that would make all of /r/Drama (and Reddit) adore her, realize that she's a brilliant fricking genius, and...it was the biggest flop known to humanity. The post was a poorly conceived 12 Nights of Christmas themed mess ridden with awful links to South Park gifs that are piecemeal available on her not-yet-defunct gycat account. The post in its entirety is lost to time and that's for the best because it was fricking bad (if you have a link to this, again, SEND IT TO ME).

The reaction to "The Post" was one of the most downmarseyd posts in /r/Drama history and everyone was laughing, but not for the reasons that Jewdank had hoped. /r/JewdankinAction was created to mock her, gifs of her photo manipulations showing her awful butt tattoo became common place, she was pinged endlessly in every thread imaginable, and /u/JewdanksDad became a favorite meme account for years. Only Bardfinn can relate to the amount of negative attention that Jewdank received for this post. This caused Jewdank to spiral into a BPD episode that would result in the deletion of her entire internet life.

She immediately demodded herself from /r/Drama, and began posting in her city sub asking for lawyers because she was going to SUE /r/Drama (not Reddit mind you lol) for harassment. To be quite honest, in todays world she would probably have a case lol.

It's unclear how big of a stink she made to the admins but the stink was stinky enough that the admins actually sent /r/Drama the first message telling them to knock it the frick off and the beginning of the end for username pinging was birthed. Gallowboob takes credit for nuking pinging in /r/Drama but it was honest to god Jewdank's incessant BPD messages to the admins that created the list of "harassments" that the admins obviously started keeping on /r/Drama, and this sparked what would become the ever-moving goalposting of rules and behavior modifications that the admins imposed on the subreddit leading to it's inevitable demise (on Reddit).

Despite the admins having to step in to tell /r/Drama to cut it out, they didn't tell them to stop per se, and the horrific abuse from /r/Drama was allowed to continue plaguing our porn princess' life until she out of nowhere deleted her entire account. All of her nudes were scrubbed, and the saga of Jewdank swiftly ended with basically no fanfare.

As for Jewdank's "crowning jewel" /r/Jewdank subreddit - it was abandoned and taken over by the famously demised (and famously missed) dramatard @jerry, who turned it into a subreddit for Dank Jewish Memes. This subreddit is STILL active today lmao and most have no idea as to its origins.

Jewdank's whining to the admins truly was the beginning of what many would consider the end of /r/Drama on Reddit, and other "snark" subreddits that talked shit about other redditors. Jewdank's complaining, and abjectly awful treatment from /r/drama, coincided with a lot of the older admins leaving Reddit and a newer/nicer batch of admins joining the team. It should be noted that Jewdank was never properly doxxed, so while she may have been an internet bimbo she was in a way incredibly savvy, and considering she was the precursor to the death of Meta Reddit's ability to talk shit - she did kind of "win."
