Anyway to block the endless Marsey posts?

As someone that's not a 14 year old girl or a 40 year old childless woman, I find the constant Marsey posts clog up the feed and distract from important issues like.

"Ethics in video game journ*lism- 7 years later" ,

"transgender MtF is terminally online", "Admin shit" .

"S*x work shit"

"Early 2000's forum attention whore posting"

Actually is there anyway to block everyone but "Intervention" and "landlordmessiah"
