People are too comfortable and have too much to lose from war. Not to mention rising obesity, social withdrawal and mounting apathy. The entire world will simply become one mutt race as mass migration progresses from shitholes to non shitholes, and from shitholes to lesser shitholes as thirdies turn everywhere into a shithole. That's the plan at least.
